Faux Retreat does not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat within one year of your original retreat date. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule: • If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 90% of your payment may be applied to another retreat. • If you cancel 60-89 days before your retreat start date, 70% of your payment may be applied to another retreat. You will forfeit 30% of the price of your retreat. • If you cancel 15 - 59 days before your retreat start date, 30% of your payment may be applied to another retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat. • If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Reservation Form and Participating Agreement, Release of Assumption of All Risks Form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to safari start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so, may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: "Cancellation" is defined as not attending your scheduled Faux Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. "You" refers to the guest booking a Faux Retreat. "We" refers to Faux Retreat. Inc.. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. If you cancel or change your retreat, Faux Retreat does not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat within one year of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest and/or Faux Retreat. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule: If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Faux Retreat. If you cancel 60 - 89 days before your retreat start date, 70% of your payment may be applied to another Faux Retreat. You will forfeit 30% of the price of your retreat. If you cancel 30 - 59 days before your faux retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Faux Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat. If you cancel 20 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. . If we cancel or change your retreat, you may transfer your full faux retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement.Faux Retreatis not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Retreats must be paid in full 19 days before retreat start date.
