Main instructor - These are the headlining instructors that would teach a 2 or 3 day class. Mini class - This would be a half or full day class. Bonus class - These may include, product or technique demo, lectures and instruction on a range or art related topics.

Main instructors are compensated per retreat compensation structure. Mini class instructors may be given monetary or retreat discount depending on class type and whether attending and participating in retreat. Bonus classes are typically not paid, but may be given retreat discount.
